1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, visiting our workshop, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

Auto King offers vehicle diagnostics, repairs, MOT testing, and related automotive services. All services are subject to availability and confirmed upon booking.

3. Bookings & Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • We aim to complete work within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen issues.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Estimates & Pricing

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional work, if required, will be communicated for approval before proceeding.

5. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.

  • Failure to pay may result in withholding of the vehicle until payment is settled.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Parts and labour are covered by a standard warranty (unless otherwise specified).

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage or faults not related to our work.

    • Consequential losses (e.g., loss of business or time).

    • Issues arising from customer-supplied parts.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You must ensure that:

  • Your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to deliver to our premises.

  • All relevant information about your vehicle’s condition is provided honestly.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
